Delivery and returns
What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if a piece is not right. Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 72 hours; the table below covers everything after that. Written plainly, so you can check before you buy rather than after.
Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Nairobi. Outside Nairobi, and for international orders, transport cost depends on where it's going — you pay for your pieces at checkout, and we confirm the delivery cost with you directly afterward.
| Zone | How it arrives | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Nairobi CBD | Pickup, same day | Free |
| Nairobi | Rider, 2 to 3 days | Free |
| Nairobi metro | Rider, 2 to 3 days | Free |
| Agent pickup network | Agent, 3 to 4 days | Quoted after order |
| Countrywide | Courier, 3 to 5 days | Quoted after order |
| International | Post or courier, 7 to 14 days | Quoted after order |
Returns and exchanges
Seven days from the day it reaches you. The piece has to be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags on. Tell us first so we can log it against your order reference.
What we cover
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what the product page described, we pay the return delivery and either replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the M-PESA number that paid, within five working days of the piece reaching us.
What you cover
If you change your mind, or the size you chose does not sit the way you hoped, the return delivery is yours to pay. Everything else is the same.
This is the reason every product page publishes flat measurements. Check them against a piece you already own before you order.
What cannot be returned
Made to measure pieces. They are cut to one person's numbers and cannot be resold, which is why we quote, confirm your measurements, and check the fabric with you before anything is cut.
Exchanges
Because pieces use the S–XL size guide, an exchange means swapping for a different piece rather than a different size. Same seven day window, and we settle any price difference either way.
Terms and privacy
Terms of service and the privacy policy are drafted but not yet approved, and the governing commercial terms are still being confirmed. Both must be published before card payment can go live, since providers will not approve a live account without them. Registration with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner is being checked in parallel.
