Privacy policy

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and (if given) your email address when you order or contact us — plus, until Safaricom's checkout is fully connected, the M-PESA confirmation code you paste in to match your payment to your order.

We use this to fulfil and update you on your order, and to answer what you send us. If you opt in at checkout or on our newsletter form, we'll also email you about new stock and promotions — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

We share payment details with Safaricom (M-PESA) to process payment, and use Resend to send order and account emails on our behalf. We use Google Analytics, with IP addresses anonymised, to understand how people use the site. We do not sell your data.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

To see, correct, or have deleted the data we hold about you, email tailoredkenyan@gmail.com — we act on erasure requests directly in our systems.
