Tailored Kenyan is a Nairobi-based fashion label. These terms govern purchases made on tailoredkenyan.com.

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and confirmed at checkout — a price shown elsewhere does not override what's charged there.

Payment is by M-PESA; instructions are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Delivery is free within Nairobi. Outside Nairobi and for international orders, transport cost is quoted based on the parcel — see our delivery page for details.

Returns and exchanges are considered case-by-case, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Contact tailoredkenyan@gmail.com about any issue with your order and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Made-to-measure pieces are quoted, timed, and priced individually during your enquiry, and are generally not eligible for return once production has started.
